Trapped In Wonderland

During the last Disneyland trip, we had gotten on the Alice in Wonderland ride first thing in the morning after a big rain storm. It took a bit to get the ride up and running, but after getting just 4 or 5 cars in, the ride died. I was stuck right here for around 30 minutes. Got some interesting shots. Singing flowers. Oh yeah.

Diamond in the Rough

Monorail Sunset

Sun Through the Trees

While entering the Pirates of the Caribbean ride at Disneyland, got a nice shot through the trees of the sun.

Captain EO

Back in Tomorrowland at Disneyland for the first time since the 1980s, Captain EO is a blast to the cheesy goodness of the 80s. Great, classic Michael Jackson.  Nothing beats the 80s!

It was a late night at Disneyland, just killing time waiting to head back to Long Beach. I just got off the Monorail and had all these nice neon lights.

Disneyland Monorail

It was a slow day at Disneyland. While I was waiting in an exceptionally empty Monorail car at the Downtown Disney Station, I was able to take a nice photo of the Monorail logo inside the car.

Late-Night Mark Twain

Disneyland is a lot of fun at night. Here, spending some time onboard the Mark Twain Steamboat, with New Orleans Square in the background.

Flynn’s Arcade

One of the BEST parts of the ElecTRONica nights at Disney’s California Adventure is Flynn’s, the arcade from the TRON films. It’s full of 80s video games goodness. Nothing quite like being able to play some Frogger and the classic TRON games like Space Paranoids.

ElecTRONica

It’s party time in the Hollywood Pictures Backlot.  ElecTRONica has the best dance party (if that’s your thing) and excellent music (which is more my thing) at all of the Disneyland Resort.  And you can hit up Flynn’s Arcade while there too.
